Logo Design is something that seems simple, but only to people who don't know what is involved. The rules for logo design are not easily codified. Aspect ratios, symbology, font choices, it all matters. A logo must capture the essence of the company it represents and must maintain its ability to communicate no matter what medium it is presented in. A logo cannot be so much about color and flash but its fundamental shapes must possess power and meaning in and of themselves. A logo must be memorable and iconic. That is my goal whenever I create a mark.
